Salary:  Up to £28,000

Job Description:

Our clients are looking to take on an Account Handler to join their high performing and well established team in Stratford-upon-Avon. Working from their office as a key part of our Account Handling team, you’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business by ensuring customers receive a first-class service. This role will see you handling a wide range of commercial and personal business, including changes, handling reviews, fulfilling new business quotations, and providing customers with necessary service and advice.

The successful candidate must have the following:
• Have previous experience in account management and commercial/personal insurance
• Detail-orientated, exceptionally organised and deadline driven
• Be able to build and retain long term relationships with our customers
• Be driven to meet and exceed expectations
• Proactive and able to work under pressure to deliver results
• Exceptional standard of written and verbal English
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and able to adapt to company systems

Qualifications required
• Minimum – Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
• Desired – A levels &/or degree (or equivalent
• Desired – working toward Chartered Insurance qualifications
