Job Description:

Our clients are looking to take on a Payroll and Benefits Assistant to join their busy accounts team.  The main purpose of this role is to support the Payroll function with administration and co-ordinate associated activities, communicating with all internal and external stakeholders. 

Duties include:

  • Process the weekly payroll and all associated reporting functions
  • Support the Payroll and Benefits Manager with Payrolling Benefits and the Benefits Platform
  • Manage the administration for Company Cars and mileage capture system
  • Manage the probationary review proces
  • Process new hires in a timely manner
  • Log all European Reports on a monthly basis
  • Administrative duties to support the Payroll and Benefits Manager as required including, but not limited to; Auto Enrolment letters, P45’s, final payslips, employee benefits platform welcome letters
  • Handle transactional activities as requested by the HRIS Manager
  • Develop Payroll skills, knowledge and understanding of Kronos to support Site Managers
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility for all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives
