Insurance Account Handler
Area: Stratford upon Avon
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent
Our clients are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their team. Responsibilities include:
- Handling all types of commercial insurance including Commercial Combined, Shop, Office, Liability, Motor Fleet, Professional Indemnity, Restaurant and Motor Trade
- Dealing with existing clients on all incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Cross Selling
- Handling of adjustments / claims applicable to the relevant policy
- Deal with incoming post and emails
- Liaising with insurance companies when applicable.
- Market and invite Renewals
- Deal with incoming calls for prospective new business enquiries and providing quotations including visiting potential new clients.
- Daily diary – follow up and action as necessary
Office hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30.
