Our clients are looking for an experienced Export Administrator to join their expanding office. You will work within the Overseas Sales Team, to provide essential sales support. International order processing, documentation, customer service and shipping assistance, enduring compliance with export and communication requirements. ?Liaise with international customers to dispatch products from their global warehouse locations.
- Experience in export/import- all shipping documentation
- Knowledge of overseas shipping procedures – INCO terms, COO
- Good working knowledge and experience in using Excel and operating software systems
- Exceptional organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Excellent sales project managing skills
- Preparing purchase orders & shipping documents
- Preparing COO’s
- Updating tracking spreadsheet – order, invoicing , booking- in information
- Customers ordering system – inputting pre shipping/booking in details
- Processing original shipping documents
Booking forms for all overseas warehouse shipments to include-Certificate of Origin, Telex Release documents.
