Our clients are looking to recruit an HR Assistant on a 12 month fixed term contract to support their HR function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dealing with queries in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling the new starter process: offer packs, arranging inductions, pre-employment checks.
- Supporting the resourcing function: creating and posting adverts on-line, internal recruitment emails, supporting Recruitment Business Partner with shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews.
Candidates will ideally have previous HR admin experience, CIPD qualification is advantageous. Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Candidates will have their own transport as the company is located in a rural setting.
