Our clients are looking for an experienced, energetic Operations Administrator to join their ops team where no two days will be alike and your flexible and committed attitude will be appreciated.
The main focus of the role will be:
- Handling calls from field based staff, actioning wherever possible or taking messages for appropriate staff member
- Supporting Operations Manager and liaising with the Regional Manager about project logistics (ensuring contractors are at the correct site with essential equipment)
- Updating databases and internal systems
- Ordering of operational materials, stock and machinery
- Utilising their vehicle tracking system and provide data to Managers on performance and efficiencies
- To be responsible for all meet and greet activities, post distribution and collection and ensuring deliveries are made to correct individuals
