Salary: £15,434 pro rata, increasing after successful training

Our client is looking for several Appointment Advisors to join their expanding Booking Information Centre. There are several shifts available from 12.5 to 28 hours per week.
The Appointment Advisor is the first point of contact at the Centre. They will primarily make appointments and answer all client related queries in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring they provide an effective client-centered service at all times.
We’re looking for candidates who are confident when dealing with a wide range of queries, and are able to problem solve effectively in order to find solutions. You’ll have excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Computer literate, with good typing skills, along with strong telephone communication is something you are good at.
Ideally we’re looking for someone who has worked in a customer call centre environment previously, but if you’ve got exceptional customer service experience then this could be the perfect role for you!
Please note; Successful candidates will be required to complete 3 weeks of training. The first 2 weeks will be from 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday and the 3rd week will be 9am-2pm Monday to Friday before their chosen shift starts.
